Improving first response to terrorist attacks - Field exercise in Lebanon

The video is showing images from a field exercise that took place in Lebanon in order to test the national capacities to prevent and respond to (1) a terrorist attack perpetrated using chemical and nuclear material (2) a terrorist attack to a VIP convoy. It includes interviews and a short explanation of the EU CBRN Centres of Excellence (CoE) initiative. The EU CBRN CoE Initiative is a global Initiative funded and implemented by the European Union as part of its goal to promote peace, stability and conflict prevention.
